On Wednesday, February 23, we welcomed back The Rev. Dr. Philip (Phil) C. Hirsch to share some wisdom on Burnout. According to Psychology Today, "Burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and often physical exhaustion brought on by prolonged or repeated stress." If this sounds familiar, whether for you and/or the people you are entrusted with, you might want to tune in this week.
