If we intentionally attended to our bodies and needs on a daily basis, what might be the impact to our parishioners, family, and friends?!
Join us remotely via Zoom for one hour on Wednesday, June 12, as we learn from Heather Egts, who is a certified spiritual coach, breathwork facilitator, and sound healer committed to sharing the information and tools that have transformed her life from confusion and chaos to one of ease, calm, and flow when encountering large rocks, and even boulders, in the midst of the river of life.
In this gathering, we will explore ministry through the lens of your nervous system, the impact this has on the people in your life, ways to create space inside of your busy days, as well as a few short practices you can implement immediately.
There will be a short, guided meditation with intentional breathwork at the beginning of the presentation. Please find a comfortable, supported place to sit prior to the presentation.

To answer some commonly asked questions about these regular gatherings:
"Why are you still meeting?" "Don't become too familiar with loneliness. Community is a risk, but liberation depends on the collective. Who can you trust to hold you?" -- Cole Arthur Riley, author of Black Liturgies
