In March, we offered an Introduction to the work of Shawn A. Ginwright, PhD: From Trauma-Informed Care to Healing-Centered Engagement based on his book, The Four Pivots: Reimagining Justice, Reimagining Ourselves, and the 2024 Workshop Series hosted by Lutheran Services in America in collaboration with ELCA World Hunger: Advancing Equity: Applying Healing-centered Engagement to your Leadership Practice.

Bring your observations and questions. In the spirit of hospitality and inclusion, we want you to know that even if you don't have this book yet or don't have time to read the book prior to this gathering, the discussion will be structured to be accessible for everyone.

 "What if I'm not a group person?" Courageous leaders take calculated risks. We invite you to take a small step outside your comfort zone and allow yourself to be seen and witnessed. We can almost guarantee that you will be pleasantly surprised by the loving, caring, and nurturing nature of community in this time together.
