Creating Cultures of Coaching cohort meets on a regular basis to share ideas, best practices, and mentor coaching to maximize ministry effectiveness in synods. This is a space for Synod Coach Coordinators, DEMs, Assistants to the Bishop, Bishops, and all other leaders responsible for coaching on a synod level.

This cohort is scheduled to meet most months of 2025 on the FOURTH THURSDAY at 9am Hawaii | 10am Alaska | 11am Pacific | 12noon Mountain | 1pm Central | 2pm Eastern | 3pm Atlantic. (Time zones may vary with Daylight Saving Time. We do our best to include other time zones as we understand them to be. Please double-check your time zone against the Central time noted. Times noted at the top of this page are in Central time.)

Ongoing one-hour group mentoring sessions with coaches, synod leaders, and our facilitators:

  • Discuss best practices in creating a culture of coaching in your synod and building a practice of coaching with your leaders and ministry 
  • Receive a resource kit and mentor support in unpacking each tool 
  • Work at your own pace and learn from others 
  • Create a system and platform for coaching that will fit the unique needs of your synod and its leaders
