ELCA Segment 2 COACHING SKILLS TRAINING

This training consists of eight (8) two-hour classes.

Thursdays, June 5 - July 24 (possibly through July 31 or August 7 -- see note below)

11am-1pm Hawaii | 12noon-2pm Alaska | 1-3pm Pacific | 2-4pm Mountain | 3-5pm Central | 4-6pm Eastern | 5-7pm Atlantic (Time zones may vary with Daylight Saving Time. We do our best to include other time zones as we understand them to be. Please double-check your time zone against the Central time noted. Times noted at the top of this page are in Central time.)

WE MAY EXTEND CLASS BY 1-2 WEEKS, BASED ON THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS, TO ALLOW EACH COACH TO PRACTICE AT LEAST TWICE WITH FEEDBACK.

Completion of ELCA Level/Segment One Basic Skills Coach Training is REQUIRED before taking this Segment Two Training.

A comparable experience to our ELCA Segment 2 Specialty Coach Trainings, focused on coaching skills practice with an emphasis on practicing coaching in a lab setting.

16 core competency ICF training hours are earned through this Segment Two Training.

Minimum of 6 students required to hold this training.
