ELCA Segment 2 COACHING SKILLS TRAINING

This training consists of eight (8) two-hour classes.

Mondays, September 8 - October 27 (possibly through November 3 or 10 -- see note below)

7-9am Hawaii | 8-10am Alaska | 9-11am Pacific | 10am-12noon Mountain | 11am-1pm Central | 12noon-2pm Eastern | 1-3pm Atlantic (Time zones may vary with Daylight Saving Time. We do our best to include other time zones as we understand them to be. Please double-check your time zone against the Central time noted. Times noted at the top of this page are in Central time.)

WE MAY EXTEND CLASS BY 1-2 WEEKS, BASED ON THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS, TO ALLOW EACH COACH TO PRACTICE AT LEAST TWICE WITH FEEDBACK.

Completion of ELCA Level/Segment One Basic Skills Coach Training is REQUIRED before taking this Segment Two Training.

A comparable experience to our ELCA Segment 2 Specialty Coach Trainings, focused on coaching skills practice with an emphasis on practicing coaching in a lab setting.

16 core competency ICF training hours are earned through this Segment Two Training.

Minimum of 6 students required to hold this training.
