Mentor Coaching is a great way to further develop your coaching skills and competency.

The PCC Mentor Coaching is for obtaining a PCC credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), for those using the Portfolio Method and looking for recordings to submit to ICF that will pass at a PCC level. Your individual mentor coaching sessions can be used toward this purpose.

Or this Mentor Coaching is for those who are renewing their ACC but have been trained to the PCC level (but have not yet completed your 500 hours of coaching experience) and thus want your coaching to be evaluated at a PCC level.

ELCA Coaching offers Group Mentor Coaching, which includes:

Eight (8) hours of group mentor coaching

  • Everyone is in the coach seat at least once AND is in the client seat at least once.
  • During the 8 hours together, when you are not coaching, you benefit by listening to others coach, hear the feedback they receive from the mentor coach, offer feedback to the coach, and can ask questions.

AND three (3) individual mentor coaching sessions

  • These individual mentor coaching sessions are scheduled with one of our mentor coaches after the classes are completed.
  • Each individual mentor coaching session is one hour in length.

Minimum of 6 students required to hold this training. Maximum of 8 students allowed.
