Sunday School: For the Love of Freedom

Are you teetering on the edge of despair, yet activated by the faith that so long as we love each other, we can change our reality for good? Any fight in defense of our human rights and dignities will necessitate a well of inspiration and conviction from which to draw.

So, I call upon the prolific words of poet and literary foremother Lucille Clifton: “Come celebrate with me that every day something has tried to kill me and has failed.”

Join the Dream Defenders on Sunday, February 2, 2025, 1:00pm-2:30pm Eastern* for a spirited virtual service of fellowship, song, and dance. Sunday School: For the Love of Freedom is a celebration of joy, hope, and collective power and will offer potential, new, and existing members a gathering space of joy, celebration, and hope. Here, we give thanks, declare ourselves alive and on purpose, and move forward as a united front with actionable steps to brave an uncertain future together.
