ELCA Coaching is a dynamic ministry focused on accompaniment and growth. Building on the success of our 2023 pilot program across multiple synods, we're excited to expand our innovative leadership development initiative in 2024, addressing the challenges of an increasingly complex landscape.

Supportive Spaces is a cohort-based program designed to enhance the holistic well-being and effectiveness of church leaders. Participants will engage in a transformative journey, meeting for one hour each week for six (6) weeks. Our gathering offers:

Registration is required, but there is no financial cost to participants, reflecting our commitment to accessible leadership development. This program represents a unique opportunity for church leaders to invest in their personal and professional growth, equipping them to lead with confidence and vision in the face of evolving challenges.

Thursdays, February 6 - March 13 -- 9-10am Hawaii | 10-11am Alaska | 11am-12noon Pacific | 12noon-1pm Mountain | 1-2pm Central | 2-3pm Eastern | 3-4pm Atlantic (Time zones may vary with Daylight Saving Time. ELCA Coaching will provide at least one ICF-accredited and professionally-certified grief and loss coach per support group. For this group, that coach will be Jen Kunka, ACC.

Each group will be limited to 12 people. Based on demand, we may bring in additional professional coaches and/or use multiple formats to support more people.
