The ACA Power Matrix Method — A Team Coaching Model. Building on fundamental coaching skills, the ACA Method provides a simple method for coaching teams.

Upon completion of homework following the class, your certificate will show International Coaching Federation (ICF) Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits for a total of 8 hours.

Pre-requisites: Participants need to have completed a 20-hour coaching fundamentals course (i.e., ELCA Level/Segment One Basic Skills Coach Training) AND will ideally have at least 10 hours of individual coaching under their belts.

Cost = $200 per participant

A minimum of 6 participants is required to hold this training. Class limit is 20 participants.
