Pre-requisites
Participants need to have completed:
1) A 20-hour coaching fundamentals course (i.e., ELCA Level/Segment One Basic Skills Coach Training),
2) A Team Coaching Level 1 training, AND
3) Ideally, at least 10 hours of individual coaching beyond the practice coaching in the training classes.

A minimum of 6 participants is required to hold this training. Class limit is 20 participants.
