Join us as we learn from each other and from Jason O'Neill, PCC, who many of us know as one member of the support team for ELCA Coaching. We centered ourselves in the way of Jesus; discussed visioning amidst loss, an ongoing pandemic, endless wars, and any number of individual and organizational "dumpster fires"; and practiced tangible and meaningful ways we can begin visioning processes for ourselves and our communities.
Jason O'Neill (any/all) holds an active Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has logged over 1,000 coaching hours just since 2019. Jason has over 10 years of experience coaching business leaders around visioning, vision statements, vision boards, and more. Jason has worked part-time for ELCA Coaching since 2018 and is passionate about empowering people of faith with coaching skills as one of many ways we express the love of God in the world.
