I am an active Segment 1 and Segment 2 Coach in Mission Development. I have been coaching within the ELCA since 2009 . My undergraduate is from Colorado Christian University with a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and Human Resources. I attended Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa. I have been an ordained Pastor since 2000 and currently serve Spirit of Hope Lutheran Church in Mesa, Arizona. I have extensive training in Youth and Family ministry. Much of my ministry has involved church re-development. I am known as a compassionate coach who listens carefully and authentically cares for each client I work with. I am a people lover and have been described by others as both a bounding St. Bernard and a Koala Bear. My personality is one of openness and authentic care for others. I have two adult daughters and two grand-children all who currently live in California.
