Antony is an encourager, deeply passionate about helping individuals realize their full potential and build fulfilling lives rooted in God’s purpose. With a warm, personal approach, he inspires, supports, and empowers individuals, groups, and organizations through coaching and consulting, focusing on personal, team, and organizational development.
He is a Board-Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing & Education with additional training in Level I and Level II coach skills through the ELCA and Team Coaching through Summit Coaching and Behavioral Consulting, LLC. Antony holds a Ph.D. in Intercultural Education from Biola University, an M.A. in Religion from Vanguard University, and an M.B.A. from Azusa Pacific University.
His prior experiences as a pastor in urban, culturally diverse settings in California, a university professor in the U.S. and Korea, and a trainer, consultant, and public speaker across the U.S., Korea, Mongolia, Africa, and Vietnam have equipped Antony with exceptional listening skills, empathy, and cultural awareness, enabling him to connect deeply and communicate effectively.
