Whether you are in the midst of asking big questions, facing life transitions, honing your leadership skills, or seeking clarity and courage, Beth Anderson is honored to walk with you. For over 20 years, she has accompanied people of all ages - youth, young adults, & young-at-hearts - in discovering their gifts, discerning their callings and living with integrity and authenticity.
Though we live complex lives in a complex world, even the most uncertain of days bring sacred moments for growth, connectedness, learning, & healing. Clients describe Beth as an attentive, compassionate, nonjudgemental listener with the ability to hold space for healing, wondering, and discernment. Clients will receive support, honesty, and be lovingly challenged toward personal and professional growth.
Beth holds an Associate Coaching Credential (ACC) with additional training in grief coaching and the neuroscience of change. Trained as a spiritual director and ordained deacon in the ELCA, Beth brings experience on judicatory staff, in campus ministry and in faith formation roles. Like you, she tends a variety of vocations including parent, spouse, daughter, friend, and community member, all while seeking to incorporate practices that keep her rooted, grounded and grateful to be on her own journey of centered growth.
Mission: Cultivating Your Calling
Vision: Nobody Journeys Alone
Coaches connect dreams to concrete actions that create change for individuals and congregations.
The ELCA's offices are located on the ancestral homelands of the Peoria, Bodwéwadmi (Potawatomi), Myaamia (Miami), Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Sioux), Hoocąk (Ho-Chunk), and Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo) tribal nations. We give thanks for their presence here since time immemorial.
