Bob Kolodinsky is Head Coach and Owner of Leadership Accelerator Coaching, LLC, and an Emeritus Professor of Management. In addition to a doctorate which emphasized organizational behavior and human resources management, he is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and a certified professional leadership coach (CPLC). Bob’s professional coach training was primarily at the Professional Christian Coaching Institute. Each spring, Bob continues to teach a "Leadership Skills Accelerator" course to executive MBA students. A 4-time business owner and recently retired from full-time academic teaching and scholarship, Bob's professional work is now focused on coaching and organizational facilitating, with an emphasis on serving individuals in leadership roles and on improving team functioning. Typical issues addressed in his coaching include overwhelm and burnout, team dysfunction, communication challenges, time and delegation management, habit improvement, and handling difficult conversations. Outside the workplace, he's active with church activities at Muhlenberg Lutheran Church, coaches sports, learning anything related to organizational behavior, accelerating the integration of his faith with his work (applying Tim Keller’s “Every Good Endeavor” book), and enjoys playing golf and pickleball. Bob lives in Virginia with his counseling psychologist spouse and 15-year old volleyball-obsessed adopted daughter.

The ELCA's offices are located on the ancestral homelands of the Peoria, Bodwéwadmi (Potawatomi), Myaamia (Miami), Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Sioux), Hoocąk (Ho-Chunk), and Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo) tribal nations. We give thanks for their presence here since time immemorial.
