Charlie Zimmerman has been coaching for almost 20 years. He’s a graduate of the Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, served 2 parishes in his 39 years as a parish pastor. He has been coaching for close to 20 years, is certified by the ICF at the PCC level. He is an ELCA Coach Trainer and Mentor, and has helped mentor Synod Coaching Coordinators. He has his own practice, GROW through Coaching, and enjoys coaching Mission Developers/Redevlopers, Heads of Staff, those wishing to to move from being good at what they do to being great, and those planning for or transitioning into new parishes or retirement.
