Hi, I'm Jeffrey Mince, an ICF ACC and a certified End of Life coach with a strong background in compassion and mindfulness practices, as well as the science of Positive Psychology. In these challenging times, my heartfelt wish and purpose are to provide a safe and supportive space for people to grapple with life's intricacies and complexities, from balancing relationships and daily work-life to handling grief, trauma, and loss concerns.
Together, we can explore your thoughts and emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and uncover personal meaning even when things seem overwhelming. I approach coaching with an open heart and an inclusive mindset, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds and traditions.
Drawing from my background as a former Buddhist Monk and teacher of Buddhist Psychology, along with my extensive meditation practice, I also bring a practical understanding of powerful awareness and meditation techniques that can be easily integrated into our coaching sessions.
If you or someone you know could use support during tough moments, I'm here to assist you on your journey toward insight, awareness, and self-discovery. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights you need to find light in the darkness and move forward with strength and resilience while staying true to yourself and your beliefs. The ELCA's offices are located on the ancestral homelands of the Peoria, Bodwéwadmi (Potawatomi), Myaamia (Miami), Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Sioux), Hoocąk (Ho-Chunk), and Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo) tribal nations. We give thanks for their presence here since time immemorial.
