Mark Walters has been coaching since 2015. He has served parishes in small town/rural, urban, suburban, and corporate America in York, PA, Overland Park, KS (where he was a mission developer), Smithsburg and Stevensville, MD, and in Dover, DE. He retired in 2019 to dedicate his ministry to coaching. He is ICF certified at the ACC level and is working toward PCC certification. He has completed ELCA coach training in stewardship, mission development/vitality, and team coaching. He currently serves as the DE-MD Synod coaching coordinator.
