Like so many people I have had the opportunity to have multiple careers in my life. I have been a gymnastics coach, VP Branch Administrator at a community bank, and currently, I am serving as the Director of Faith Formation at Our Saviour Lutheran Church in West Lafayette, IN. Yet my deepest calling is to Spiritual Direction and Life Coaching. I have been a Spiritual Director for 10 years and have had the honor and privilege to walk, listen and pray with people as they discern, explore and become the people whom God created them to be. I have recently become a life coach. Like spiritual direction, I have witnessed the transformational power coaching has in people's careers and lives.
As a life coach, I have had the opportunity to work with my local church governing body and our national governing body to help leaders (individuals, teams or ministry groups) through the process of discerning the identity, purpose and activity to which God is calling them. I am in awe of the privilege it is to accompany people, teams and congregations discover their greatness and get from where they are to where God is calling them to be.
I have completed the level 2 Mission Development and Congregational Vitality Coach training, level 2 Discipleship Coaching, ACC Training and Mentor Coaching through ELCA Coaching. I have completed team coaching training through Summit Coaching, and I am currently enrolled and on track to be an End of Life and Greif Coach. I am an ACC certified coach through the ICF. I am married to an ELCA pastor, and we have three amazing adult children. I am passionate about supporting clergy and church leadership and staff. To find out more visit my website.

The ELCA's offices are located on the ancestral homelands of the Peoria, Bodwéwadmi (Potawatomi), Myaamia (Miami), Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Sioux), Hoocąk (Ho-Chunk), and Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo) tribal nations. We give thanks for their presence here since time immemorial.
