Reverend Mytch Pierre-Noel Dorvilier, (she, her, Li) serves the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America as the Young Adults in Global Mission Country Coordinator in Senegal, the land of the Teranga.
In her Haitian culture, when someone knocks at a door, it is common for the host to cry out, Honor. The person then responds, Respect. As a coach, she enters the client-coach relationship by honoring and respecting their past, present, and future so that the client can feel safe and brave to unpack the stories they carry with them and look at which ones might hold them back.
Her coaching is informed by her multicultural experience living on four continents. She is committed to diversity and inclusion. She speaks French, English, Creole, and Spanish. She enjoys running, yoga, cooking, playing violin, and journaling.
