Paul wants leaders and organizations to succeed. His coaching is a natural outgrowth of his training in transitional ministry, organizational systems theory, community organizing, and his passion to make a difference in his community and the world.
An ordained ELCA pastor since 1995, Paul has served multiple congregations in transition as well as long-term pastorates. He presently serves Sabylund Lutheran Church, situated among the picturesque hills of Pepin County, Wisconsin.
Paul is skilled in leading during times of transition when clear, goal-oriented, strategic planning and deliberate follow-through is necessary. As an International Coaching Federation certified coach, Paul effectively partners with you in a thought-provoking and creative process to resonate more deeply with God's plan for you.
Paul received his bachelor's degree from St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN, and his Master of Divinity degree from Luther Seminary, St. Paul, MN. He is trained in intentional interim ministry, family and organizational systems theory, community organizing, and life/career/leadership coaching. Paul has served and lived for the past 28 years in Northwest Wisconsin. He enjoys beautiful weather during all seasons, travel, woodworking, all kinds of music, and time with family.
Cultivating Your Calling
Coaches connect dreams to concrete actions that create change for individuals and congregations.
The ELCA's offices are located on the ancestral homelands of the Peoria, Bodwéwadmi (Potawatomi), Myaamia (Miami), Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Sioux), Hoocąk (Ho-Chunk), and Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo) tribal nations. We give thanks for their presence here since time immemorial.
